SHIPPING POLICY

Because all products are made-to-order, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.  If there are any delays, we will inform you via email.

 

At London Ting, we offer free shipping for all orders above $100 within the US. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure minimal impact on the environment. For orders below $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Local delivery may be available based on your shipping address for $7.99.

RETURN POLICY

London Ting wants you to be happy with your purchase! Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or gift card. Not sure if your item qualifies for a return? Click here to contact us!

 

  • Items must be securely packed in original packaging to ensure safe delivery back to our facility. If items arrive back at our facility broken, it could impact the refund amount.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any additional tracking fees to ensure the merchandise reaches us.

  • Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your product(s) has been returned to our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund or gift card.
